Hello, I’m Senne Praczyk (°2003, BE), a visual artist and photographer with 8 years of experience.

My fascination with images didn’t start in a studio, but on the street - with a skateboard and a camera. I photographed friends, movement and fleeting moments. That attention to what is temporary and often overlooked remains at the core of my work today.

From the third year of secondary school onward, I decided to fully commit to that passion. This led me to study Audiovisual Arts, and later to complete a Master in Fine Arts - Photography at LUCA School of Arts, campus C-mine, where my interest in image, context and meaning further deepened.

With 8 years of experience as a photographer, I seek images that resonate over time… not by forcing the perfect moment, but through attention to atmosphere, detail and what exists just outside the obvious.

My practice moves across photography, video, and installation. It is rooted in themes of identity, memory, and visual culture. I consciously combine my freelance photographic work with autonomous work, each informing and strengthening the other: commissioned projects sharpen my precision and visual language, while autonomous practice allows space for experimentation and conceptual depth.

Today, I combine my expertise with a range of diverse projects. I am a long-term partner of Studio Pieter Stockmans, Hete Kolen (Jeugd Genk) and Soirée Cité. I have also collaborated with organizations/artists such as the Association of the Belgian Warrant Holders, Groovy Tunes, IBE and Prinsezy.

My work has been exhibited in Z33 Hasselt, C-mine Genk, Studio Pieter Stockmans Genk, Vonk Hasselt (former Standaard Boekhandel), De Serre TT-Wijk Hasselt, Chirodroom Bilzen-Hoeselt and Casino Modern Genk.

I am driven by collaboration, exhibitions, and the continuous search for new contexts for image-making.

Open to commissions, projects and collaborations.
