Rooted in Time
Rooted in Time explores how to recall lost freedom and connection with his childhood landscape. It depicts the contrast between the playfulness of then and the introspection of now. The forest of his childhood was a magical place, where time and rules faded and imagination and freedom prevailed.
Together with friends, he made his way through the landscape. They made their own paths, creating a space that formed their identity. Today, those paths have become dense and barred. The landscape has changed – as has their relationship with it.
“This forest left its mark in me. What was your childhood landscape – that one place full of freedom, imagination and adventure?”
